From the M5:
Leave the Motorway at Junction 27
Follow the A361 towards Barnstaple
After about 30 miles you will reach the outskirts of Barnstaple - turn left at a 3-way roundabout towards Bideford on A39
After about 9 miles turn right at the junction to Torrington and East-the-Water
At the roundabout 200 yards further on turn left
Follow this road for 1 mile
You will see on the left a Pub called "East-of-the-Water" and on the right a public car park
Torridge Auctions is 50 yards further on the left

From Torrington:
Take the A386 to Bideford
As you enter Bideford you will see the Old Bideford Bridge on the right
Cross the Bridge and turn left in front of the Royal Hotel
Torridge Auctions is 50 yards further on the right
There is a public car park 50 yards further on the left

From Bude:
Take the A39 to Bideford
As you approach Bideford you should go straight across 2 roundabouts heading towards Barnstaple
Immediately after crossing the high level Bideford Bridge turn left to Torrington and East-the-Water
At the roundabout 200 yards further on turn left
Follow this road for 1 mile
You will see on the left a Pub called "East-of-the-Water" and on the right a public car park
Torridge Auctions is 50 yards further on the left
